Anne Heche made her first appearance on television in The American soap-opera Another World. She was an actress in her early teens in the US who accused her abusive father prior to his death from AIDS. The relationship between her and her sister, the last surviving member of her family, became strained when they began to defend her father. She appeared in several television series and movies, such as "Fatal Delight," "The Brave Wild Side,' 'Walking and Talking' and 'I Know What You Did Last Summer.' Her relationship to Ellen DeGeneres drew widespread controversy during her career. Then she married Coley Lafoon, but separated from him afterward. After that, she was a lover of James Tupper, with whom she had a son. The book she wrote was titled 'Call Me Crazy: A Memoire' that is an account of her turbulent life that included her abusive father as well as her relationship with a lesbian. Following her breakup with DeGeneres She was affected by difficulties with her mental and emotional health and needed treatment. Anne Heche died on August 6, 2022, at an Los Angeles hospital, six days after a fatal car collision. The actress was just 53.
